Congratulations to all the MBS swimmers who participated in the 2024 MBS Swimming Cup this past Sunday. This marks the second year of our exciting event, and it was another incredible success!
Our coaches were thrilled to witness the remarkable team spirit displayed by our swimmers, as they cheered for one another throughout the competition.
The MBS Cup features a unique format compared to other transition meets, giving swimmers the opportunity to compete for trophies and earn the title of Age Champion, along with the MBS Cup itself.
Younger swimmers, aged 6-9 years, participated in four 25-meter races of each stroke, along with a 50-meter freestyle event. Meanwhile, the older swimmers competed in four 50-meter races of each stroke, plus a 100-meter freestyle.
At the end of the event, all five race times were combined, and the top three swimmers in each age group with the lowest total times received trophies for Age Champion, Runner-Up, and Third Place.
We are proud to announce that MBS swimmers earned an impressive total of four Age Champion trophies, three Runner-Up trophies, and two Third Place trophies!

A special thank you to all MBS parents and volunteers for assisting with timekeeping, canteen sales, and donating fantastic raffle prizes. We would also like to thank the 40 clubs and 300 swimmers who braved the cold and rain, yet swam amazingly well under such tough conditions. Your dedication and perseverance truly made this event a success!
